One of those Canadians was outside with me when the mail came. Previously, we’d spoken about how the healthcare reform debate played out in the U.S., and how “crazy” she thought the whole thing went. So when the mailman gave me letters, I wasn’t expecting her to look so…perplexed. “You get mail on Saturday?” she asked, more saddened than shocked. “We don’t get that in Canada.” And for a moment, I felt superior.
